• 本社オフィスの施設管理

• ベンダーや社内関係者と連絡を取りながらオフィス施設を管理
• 固定資産管理

• 社印と会社登記のコピーを管理

• 消防および防災の役割

• 消防法に準拠するために消防および防災活動を管理し、地主や社内関係者と協力
• 防災キットなどの管理

• 産業廃棄物管理

• その他の企業管理の役割
• 会社のイベントや訪問者のために GM オフィスのメンバーと協力

【求める人物像】

• 日本での５年以上の事務経験
• PC skill

　　-Word (分職作成、表作成等)

　　-Excel (データ入力、表作成、スプレッドシート、VLOOKUP等)

　　-Power point

• 英語：ビジネス上の読み書きができるレベル
