As a Remote Inventory Associate, you’ll travel between hospital sites across the South of England, managing and replenishing inventory directly within hospital wards.
You’ll become a trusted day-to-day contact for healthcare teams, helping maintain organised stock areas, identifying shortages before they become problems, and ensuring products are always available for patient care.
Every day is different:
- One moment you’re supporting a ward team
- The next you’re solving a stock issue
- Then collaborating with colleagues at our National Distribution Centre in Northampton
You’ll work independently, manage your own route, and play a visible role in supporting hospitals across the region.

What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from people who are:
- organised,
- proactive,
- confident communicating with customers,
- comfortable working independently,
- and enjoy practical, hands-on work.
Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, retail operations, hospital environments, customer service, or field-based roles would all be valuable.
A full UK driving licence is required.
