The following is a partial list of the Job Description of the Documentation Technician

- Administration of the calibration scheduling program, including accurate documentation and record keeping for cGMP, EHSS, internal and external inspections and audits.

- Coordinate and execute Maximo CMMS data entry and maintenance for records and logs of process manufacturing instrumentation and equipment.

- Responsible for the accurate data management of training information such as data entry and report generation, expense report, work orders, purchasing requests, job description revisions, department meetings minutes, shutdown/startup preparation activities.

- Data management of internal and external correspondence, including narrative and statistical report and presentations for company and regulatory agency compliance.

- Focal point for uploading updated department SOP’s into TcU and help with SOP revisions including periodic reviews.

- Obtain and enter monthly metrics into MOST system.

- Enter purchase requisitions into the Coupa system and update POs status as the orders arrive by performing the corresponding receipt transactions.

- Generate reports required for the management of the department such as CMTs, CCs, investigations and event documentation.

- Perform assigned PMs and maintain required logs and records.

- Basic knowledge of instruments and equipment maintained.
