As a Marketing Manager for our Differentiated Parenteral Nutrition (PN) Solutions portfolio, you have lots of ideas grounded in research and knowledge of the marketplace. What you'll be doing

1 in 3 hospitalized patients are at risk of disease related malnutrition. That’s why, each day, we strive to advance the case for nutrient intervention to improve healthcare outcomes, across all patient care settings. Baxter's Clinical Nutrition business in the US is a leader in PN.

In this role, you will own the development, implementation and execution of the marketing strategies to promote our differentiated PN products and services. You will report directly to the Sr. Director of Marketing for US Clinical Nutrition and will be given every opportunity to grow your career at Baxter!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implements marketing strategies for a clinically differentiated portfolio of PN solutions, that align with overall business objectives
  • Partner with internal teams, including sales and clinical, to build and deliver coordinated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth
  • Leverage strong understanding of nutrition and clinical knowledge to develop campaigns that are evidence-based and effective
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement programs that support the sales process
  • Determine financial and product demand forecasts
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals
  • Manage agency relationships and lead all aspects of the production of marketing materials and campaigns
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Provide regular reports on marketing performance, including key metrics and insights
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and share insights and recommendations with the marketing team

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is required
  • 5 plus years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Native understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
  • Prior experience in clinical nutrition (e.g. registered dietitian) is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactical plan development
  • Experience developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate marketing strategies and campaigns to both internal and external partners
  • Disciplined project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including clinical teams
  • Deep understanding of clinical data and its impact on marketing strategies and messaging is required.

Baxter is committed to supporting the needs for flexibility in the workplace. We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $104,000 - 143,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses.
