Your Role at Baxter

The Fulfillment Sr Manager is directly responsible for overall performance of the Warehouse, Distribution, Imports, Exports and 3PLs, freight forwarders management for Finished goods, including safety, quality, delivery, compliance, efficiency and inventory management. In addition, this role acts as the liaison for the site with the corporate strategic sourcing organization and is an active member of the Senior Leadership Team of the Latin America North commercial organization. This position provides leadership and develop the team in charge of the operations, strive to bring value across the organization, internal and external customers, regulatory bodies, partners, passionate about improving service, costs, operational excellence and guaranteeing quality and trade compliance across the operations.

What you'll be doing

• Promote the implementation of the ethics and compliance program and prevent, detect, and correct violations of the law, Baxter policies, and the code of conduct.
• Implement Baxter's Code of Conduct, policies and procedures, including but not limited to the Global Interactions Policy and Third Party Policy, and support processes.
• Guarantee the compliance with Local Health Regulations (COFEPRIS), of the countries to which the products are exported, international ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 standards, and corporate requirements. Also, align with the risk management process when applicable
• Assure the compliance of the Global and local SOPs applicable to the operations in charge
• Ensure adherence to procedures for execution of the activities such as receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, distribution, discard of damaged products and raw materials.
• Guarantee that the operations are running in state of control of quality, EHS, maintenance, compliance of internal and external regulations and operational excellence
• Implement actions plan to correct processes deviations, abnormal situations and financial and services results trending below expectations.
• Provide leadership, mentorship to team, assures trainings are provided and taken timely and strive to build the best place to work
• Establish critical metrics to track and improve the operation daily, weekly, monthly and over the time
• Build the financial budget, forecasts, provide monthly explanations of spend variations and implement MIPs to improve cost over the time
• Ensure accurate staffing levels, quality and quantity, to meet customer requirements and achieve efficiency targets.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor or Masters degree in Logistics, ISC related fields or similar
• Proven 10+ years of experience successfully leading international ISC operation, including Warehouse & Distribution, Imports & Exports, 3PLs, freight forwarders for Finished goods
• Expert in safety, quality, delivery, compliance, efficiency and inventory management
• Pharma knowledge and experience, specifically in local regulations (COFEPRIS), NOMs and international standards ISO 9001 / ISO 13485.
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization, critical thinking and problem resolution.
