Your role at Baxter:

Supervise all assembly operation including the packing area assuring compliance of manufacturing and quality regulations, and production standards. Customer satisfaction through high quality, service, and low cost.

What you’ll be doing:

• Follow up and control key daily indicator such as efficiency, production plan, manufacturing defects, start up, downtime etc.
• Follow up and Maintain absenteeism percentage to a minimum level according to Baxter policies.
• Analyze production plans and volume of production committed each week and ensure compliance in its area.
• Ensure that all system transactions and documentation related to production batch records are made on time and without errors.
• Ensure compliance with the operational procedures (SOP) of your work area and actively participate in the modification thereof, as applicable.
• Maintain daily communication with support departments to solve operational opportunities.
• Monitor performance and skill ability development of the group leaders, Material Handlers and associates. 
• Promotes a world class environment through working team and suggestions.
• Develop and establish process improvement across EMS tools and Tier Meetings.
• Follow up and control key daily indicator such as efficiency, production plan, manufacturing defects, start up, downtime etc.
• Follow up and Maintain absenteeism percentage to a minimum level according to Baxter policies.
• Analyze production plans and volume of production committed each week and ensure compliance in its area.

• Ensure compliance with the operational procedures (SOP) of your work area and actively participate in the modification thereof, as applicable.

What you’ll bring:

• Industrial Engineer / or related field.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Availability to work from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• One-year previous supervisor in a manufacturing FDA regulated environment preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal relations skills.
• Act quickly and effectively, providing answers, alternatives, and solutions on time.
• Search the simplification of processes.
• Act with courage in the face of special situations and deviations.
• Promote an environment of collaboration and teamwork within your work group.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish).
