RESUMEN GENERAL (SUMMARY):

Prepara los despachos de los materiales que se utilizarán en las áreas de manufactura de acuerdo al “Schedule.  Recibe devoluciones de los materiales a ser localizados de las áreas de manufactura utilizando los sistemas de GME y DCLink . 

TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES (DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES):

Verificar y/o hacer devoluciones de materiales según el  procedimiento interno para  Despacho de Materiales hacia las Áreas de Manufactura utilizando el “Scanner” DCLink y GME.

Revisar el informe de materiales en el sistema computarizado GME.

Verificar que los materiales estén en condiciones óptimas de uso en todo momento.

Realizar las transacciones en el sistema electrónico DCLink y GME para el despacho de materiales y la devolución de materiales.

Despacha de materiales utilizando el sistema de DCLink y GME y se asegura de seguir “FIFO” en todo momento.

Verifica los materiales despachados contra los del sistema de GME y DCLink.

Identificar los materiales de los códigos que tienen prioridad de despacho en almacén.

Despachar solamente la cantidad requerida o una cantidad cercana a esta siempre que sea posible ya que para algunos materiales no aplica este paso asegurándose que el material despachado esté completamente limpio, tanto los envases como las paletas...

Hacer inventarios “cycle count” y verifica los negativos.

Mantener control de la jaula de Printing Material.

Mantener área organizada y limpia (Sol 6’S)

Dar de baja los materiales despachados en GME.

Localizar el material utilizando montacargas.

Coordinar con el Planner , Supervisor y/o Group Leader de las áreas de manufactura los materiales que se necesitan para las ordenes.

Mantener el sistema de Kan Ban con materiales en las áreas asignadas.

Cumplir en todo momento con las reglas de la compañía y las regulaciones de EHS.

DEMANDA FISICA (PHYSICAL DEMANDS):

Trabajo Mediano: Ejerce de 20 lbs hasta 50 lbs. de fuerza ocasionalmente, y/o de 10 lbs. hasta 25lbs. de fuerza frecuentemente, y/o una cantidad insignificante mayor 10 lbs. de fuerza constantemente para levantar, cargar, empujar, halar y mover objetos.  Las demandas de los requerimientos físicos exceden los del Trabajo Liviano.

EDUCACIÓN Y/O EXPERIENCIA (EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE):

Diploma de 4to.año.   3 años en posiciones relacionadas con material e inventario.

CUALIFICACIONES (QUALIFICATIONS):

Poseer licencia de conducir vigente. Poseer licencia de montacargas y pasar el examen de montacargas especiales (Narrow Aisle). Destrezas básicas de computadoras. Disponibilidad para trabajar fuera de horario regular. Tolerar alturas de 40 pies max.

IDIOMA (LANGUAGE):

Dominio del Inglés y Español.
