ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinates work performed by R&D staff and functional partners by defining project requirements and performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments. 
• Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints. 
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables with stakeholders.
• Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.
• Project reporting
• Support of the professional departments
• Coordinate complaint investigations
• Coordinating field observation reviews
• Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor degree or above in engineering area
• 10 years of working experience as project manager in product development projects.
• Experience in medical devices development is preferred

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Product, customer and market knowledge
• Solid project management knowledge
• SAP knowledge is preferred
• Profession in project planning (e.g. MS Project)
• Master in written and spoken English
• Good oral and written communication skills required
• Good organizational skills required. 
• Strong individual contributor who can work effectively on a team and be comfortable with change.
• Ability to independently manage small-sized projects and participate in the management of larger projects.
