Role Purpose ：

Develop MA strategies to defend against rapid policy changes to speed up market access timeline for Baxter China treatment in alignment with BU strategy.  

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities ：

Realize the new policy change and business impact, Collecting national policy timely and evaluating the business influence Develop  effective market access strategy on national/regional Able to lead and manage cross-team to achieve access targets in matrix environment. And lead MA project team to promote the policy implementation in regional and national level. Initiate national project platform to achieve MA goals. Work with commercial excellence team to optimize MA routine work more efficient.

Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)

• Bachelor degree or above, preferably in pharmaceuticals company
• Be familiar with central & provincial policies, prefer MA operation experience
• More than 3 years pharmaceuticals distribution, market access, sales or marketing
• Skill and competency: Strong communication skill (coaching, influencing and negotiation), good interpersonal skill, analytical skill, strategic thinking, and creativity
• Leadership: Accountable to achieve excellence with integrity and through team work, Positive thinking with willing to challenges
