Objetivo principal del puesto:

Alcanzar los objetivos de ventas, a través de la generación de la demanda, implementando y cumpliendo los programas de marketing y ventas enfocados en educación de terapia, promoción de productos en el territorio asignado

Principales Actividades y Responsabilidades:

  • Lograr las cuotas y KPI´s establecidas por cada negocio
  • Ejecutar actividades de generación de demanda con materiales promocionales aprobados, dirigidos a los clientes clave según la estrategia de cada unidad de negocio
  • Mantiene informada a la gerencia de territorio y marketing, mediante reportes de actividades y resultados, a través de la utilización de la plataforma Salesforce,com; igualmente el sometimiento de planes de trabajo semanales, mensuales y anuales para análisis de territorio
  •  Participar en conferencias y entrenamientos internos y/o externos para el relacionamiento y expansión de oportunidades de educación
  •  Mantenerse actualizado en el conocimiento de los productos de nuestro portafolio, mensajes de venta, características y beneficios competitivos relacionados a la terapia
  •  Integra técnicas de ventas y propuesta de valor de Baxter en cada intervención para satisfacer las necesidades de clientes y lograr una mayor efectividad comercial
  • Analizar en conjunto con el KAE los niveles de inventario en las cuentas asignadas para el desarrollo de planes
  •  Administración efectiva del territorio asignado a través de Salesforce.com, conforme a la estrategia de marketing: target, segmentación, frecuencia y cobertura de visita, entrega del mensaje correcto
  •  Implementación de programas de educación médico en producto y terapia para profesionales de la salud
  •  Actualizar constantemente el mapa político de cada cuenta asignada, identificando los influenciadores y decisores clínicos
  • Colaborar en conjunto con medical affairs para el desarrollo de expertos y líderes de opinión en las terapias de interés
  • Desarrollar nuevos clientes e incrementar el uso de la terapia en los existentes
  • Compartir experiencias clínicas y resultados del manejo de situaciones críticas y toma de decisiones con los demás especialistas
  • Construir el compromiso de venta (semanal, mensual, trimestral, anual) e identificar funnel de oportunidades en conjunto con el KAE
  • Asegurar el correcto uso de los productos y equipos, maximizando la productividad esperada por negocio, y proponer planes de mejora de acuerdo a las oportunidades identificadas, estableciendo actividades, responsables, tiempos y evaluación
  • Trabajo colaborativo con los KAE´s para garantizar que las acciones de demanda generen apertura y cierre de ventas
  • Formalizar un plan de trabajo en campo entre KAE y especialista de terapia
  • Garantizar la protocolización de los productos y terapias basados en las indicaciones aprobadas, para cada negocio
  • Participar activamente en los procesos de licitación relacionados en los aspectos técnicos y clínicos: estudios de mercado licitatorio, bases de licitación, juntas de aclaración
  • Responsable de gestionar soluciones clínicas y de negocio, así como, la proyección de la demanda de cada línea de negocio, en conjunto con los KAE´s
  • Identificar y documentar información sobre productos y estrategias de la competencia
  • Fomentar una cultura de cumplimiento de normas y prácticas de negocio éticas en la organización.
  • Impulsar la implementación del programa de ética y cumplimiento y prevenir, detectar y corregir las violaciones de la ley, las políticas de Baxter y código de conducta.
  • Implementar el código de conducta de Baxter, políticas y procedimientos, incluyendo, pero no limitado a la política Global de interacciones y política de terceros y apoyar a los procesos, asegurando la inducción y capacitación de empleados.
  • Identificar riesgos de cumplimiento y legales de Baxter en el país/cluster. 

Escolaridad:

  • Lic. en Enfermería, Ing. Biomédico / Licenciatura en áreas de la salud o afines

Experiencia:

  • 2-3 años en ventas en la industria hospitalaria con pacientes que requieren cuidados críticos.
  • Manejo de contratos con sector hospitalario.
  • Venta y promoción de productos y servicios de sector salud.
  • Amplia disponibilidad para viajar y de horario
