The Role
We are looking for an experienced Therapy Specialist in the renal industry to act as a focus on the training on Baxter CRRT products and to inform and update our product users.
You will support our Account Managers with presenting and demonstrating Baxter products. The role will cover North East of England. This is a highly collaborative team that is leading the way in its bringing its expertise to its customers.
Role Responsibilities
Act as the prime educational and spokesperson on Baxter products and therapies
Responsible for developing solutions to complex problems within the operations of the customers’ environment
Support sales & marketing teams with the necessary Baxter products information to accomplish sales objectives
Provide clinical and professional expertise to internal and external customers (both pro-actively and need-based)
Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned customers & plan site visits with them
Provide customer feedback and act as a consultant to sales & marketing teams on designing and improving new / existing products and customer needs
Visit assigned customers to prospect and generate sales while achieving the set sales targets
Conduct customer needs analysis and develop tactics to resolve customer issues
Develop customer partnerships in order to maximize operational effectiveness through educational programs on product / therapy utilization
Assist marketing in the development, design, coordination and implementation of training programs and product / therapy usage guides for internal and external customers
Guarantee awareness of Baxter product portfolio and benefits through communication all relevant information to all clients
Deal with customer complaints & take appropriate actions following internal processes and procedures.
Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or medical / paramedical degree
Minimum 5 years Clinical/ Nursing Experience (ICU experience would be an advantage).
Training experience using educational processes is preferred
Basic knowledge required on Word, Excel, Lotus notes, PowerPoint
