Overview

As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. Summary:

Ihre neue Aufgabe besteht in der Akquisition von Kunden, Identifikation deren Bedürfnisse, einer daraus resultierenden Produktberatung und einem zielorientierten Vertragsabschluss. Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Telefonische Beratung und Verkauf von Baxter Produkten und Dienstleistungen in einem definierten geografischen Gebiet und/oder Accounts für bestimmte Gebietsstandorte
  • Kontaktpflege zu verschiedenen Kundengruppen wie Krankenhäusern und niedergelassenen Ärzten und fachlicher Beratung und Betreuung der jeweiligen Entscheidungsträger
  • Proaktive und regelmäßige telefonische Kundenbetreuung
  • Identifikation und Abschluss von Sales Leads
  • Bereitstellung von Informationen zur Einführung neuer sowie zu vorhandenen Produkten oder Angeboten
  • Aufnahme und Beratung von Kundenanliegen
  • Umsetzung von Markterkenntnissen in klare Priorisierung der Verkaufsaktionen
  • Führen von Preis- und Angebotsverhandlungen im definierten Handlungsrahmen
  • Anbahnung von Verträgen und aktive Förderung von Folgebestellungen
  • Kontinuierlicher Produktservice, d.h. Weitergabe von Produktinformationen und Prognosen sowie aktive Verfolgung von Verfügbarkeiten und Vorlaufzeiten
  • Sicherstellung der Vertriebs- und Umsatzziele
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Cross-funktionalen Ansprechpartnern (z.B. Sales und Marketing sowie dem Technischen Service, etc.)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erfolgreicher Abschluss in einer naturwissenschaftlichen, technischen, medizinischen oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Ausbildung oder gleichwertige Berufsausbildung
  • Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in kundenbezogenen Funktionen (z.B. Vertriebsinnen- oder Außendienst, Customer Service – Fokus Outbound) idealerweise in der Pharma- oder Medizintechnikbranche
  • Qualifikation zum geprüften Pharmareferent nach § 75 AMG
  • Verhandlungsgeschick, Verbindlichkeit und Abschlussstärke
  • Zielorientiert und durchsetzungsstark
  • Strukturierte und zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten am Telefon
  • Sehr gute Rhetorik und eloquente Ausdrucksweise
  • Fließendes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
