A Project Leader II is responsible for managing and coordinating needed information for Clinical Nutrition Global Business Unit sustaining projects by developing and managing the database used for tracking project timelines and resources as well as completing operational analyses.

This role requires expert level communication, organization, and critical thinking skills. A self-starter, with the ability to track and manage multiple tasks and competing priorities, as well as minimal supervision is required. The applicant must be well organized, with experience providing presentations and status reporting. Experience and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Project software is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages all aspects of projects with direct accountability.
  • Manages multiple, multi-functional collaborative work teams. Coordinates the activities of multi-functional teams, as well as task dependencies and schedule.
  • Develops, initiates and manages a communication plan, including regular project status reports.
  • Delivers appropriate integration, training and implementation plans and activities.
  • Identifies, delivers and documents organizational, application and human workflows that contribute to procedure updates.
  • Prepares and delivers presentations to management and stakeholders.
  • Education and experience with Project Management methodology based on Project Management principles required.
  • Experience and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Project software
  • Experience and in-depth knowledge of suite of Microsoft Office software
  • Project Management Professional designation (PMI) Certification and/or PMP preferred.
  • Familiarity with resource and budget level-setting preferred.
  • Familiarity with CMII process a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, prioritize work, manage time and respond effectively to a rapidly changing environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required.​
