Am Standort Gambro Dialysatoren GmbH sind wir innerhalb des Baxter-Konzerns auf die Entwicklung und Herstellung von innovativen Dialysatoren und Dialyse-Kathetern spezialisiert. Rund 1300 hochqualifizierte Mitarbeiter engagieren sich täglich die Lebensqualität von Patienten mit Nierenerkrankungen oder Nierenversagen zu verbessern.

Die Abteilung Quality unterstützt den Standort als Service Center hinsichtlich Medical Device Compliance und Produktsicherheit. Als Quality Manager (m/w/d) QMS führen Sie ein kleines Team und übernehmen folgende Aufgaben in einem internationalen Konzernumfeld.

Aufgaben            

  • Organisation und Koordination der Tätigkeiten der Mitarbeiter Quality Management System (QMS)

  • Pflege des Qualitätsmanagementsystems inklusive Erstellung und Prüfung von QMS-Dokumenten und Aufzeichnungen

  • Unterstützung verschiedener Bereiche bei der Implementierung, Aufrechterhaltung und Kontrolle von QMS-Prozessen/-Anforderungen

  • Implementieren und erhalten der globalen QMS Anforderungen

  • Verantwortlichkeit des Site Audit Administrators

  • Organisation und Koordination der lokalen Auditoren Tätigkeiten / Audits und durchführen von internen Audits

  • Verantwortung für das Trainings-Management-System am Standort

  • Erstellen, überwachen und bewerten Kennzahlen im Aufgabenbereich

  • Informationsaustausch mit dem Management (Tier Meetings, Management Review)

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Naturwissenschaften, Ingenieurswesen oder vergleichbar

  • 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement in einem medizintechnischen oder pharmazeutischen Unternehmen

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der GMP-Anforderungen und der Qualitätssysteme wie DIN ISO 13485 / 21 CFR Part 820

  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit

  • Teamfähigkeit, analytisches Denken sowie eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse vorwiegend mit den Microsoft Office Programmen

  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift, sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
