Overview

As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. Les missions

  • Responsable de la gestion du portefeuille de pompes à perfusion Baxter en France.

  • Développe la relation commerciale et les ventes avec les professionnels de santé.

  • Responsable de la réalisation des objectifs de vente et de profit, ainsi que de la mise en place d'un niveau élevé de service et d'interactions avec les clients Baxter.

Les principales responsabilités

  • Bâtir une dynamique de lancement de nouveaux produits

  • Analyser l’activité du secteur géographique et élaborer des plans d'actions alignés avec la stratégie de la division, du groupe et également être capable d'identifier et de saisir les opportunités locales

  • Éduquer les professionnels de santé à l'aide du modèle de vente Baxter

  • Challenger les professionnels de santé pour garantir l'adoption des produits Baxter afin d'optimiser les résultats pour les patients

  • Capacité à gérer de longs cycles de vente complexes

  • Développer des relations de collaboration pour développer la base commerciale existante en différenciant les solutions cliniquement et financièrement par rapport à la concurrence

  • Expérience de vente individuelles et de groupe et navigation efficace dans une variété de typologie de clients tout au long du cycle de vente

  • Capacité à négocier des prix cohérents et transparents pour assurer une vente / présence sur le marché rentable et durable à long terme

  • Analyse des données de vente et analyses de marché pour informer l'activité et assurer un retour à temps ciblé et axé sur les résultats

  • Prévisions - identifier les opportunités et les intégrer dans les prévisions afin d'éclairer les prévisions de fabrication et d'approvisionnement.

  • Gérer les visites terrain dans le cadre du plan d’actions défini, mobiliser les équipes support nécessaire et assurer le reporting d’activité dans l’outil dédié

  • Gérer les référencements des produits dans les établissements de santé du secteur et participer au suivi d’éventuels appels d'offres.

  • Mener des actions de négociation ou co-négociation de marchés en collaboration avec les départements Grands Comptes et Excellence Commerciale.

  • Recueillir, analyser et transmettre des demandes clients et des informations aux services internes concernés

  • Recueillir et transmettre des informations de pharmacovigilance, matériovigilance et réclamations qualité

  • Esprit créatif pour prospérer dans un environnement externe en constante évolution, ainsi que pour s'adapter aux priorités commerciales internes en évolution

  • Utilisation du système CRM pour soutenir la planification, la vente séquentielle et les analyses de territoire

  • Capable de travailler efficacement avec une équipe plus large (ventes, clinique, informatique) pour assurer la livraison de la mise en œuvre (gestion de projet).

Profil recherché

Expériences et qualifications

  • 5-10 ans d’expérience en tant que Délégué Hospitalier/ Responsable Régional

  • Expérience Medical Devices et particulièrement en perfusion automatisées/pompes à perfusion

  • Connaissance de la dynamique hospitalière, des circuits de décision, des mécanismes de financement d’immobilisations

Savoirs / Savoir Faire

  • Diplôme national de la Visite Médicale ou équivalence reconnue est un plus

  • Techniques de vente et de négociation

  • Connaissance de l’environnement et des circuits à l’hôpital et des prestataires de santé

  • Maîtrise de l’environnement réglementaire lié à la promotion du matériel médical

  • Anglais recommandé pour la lecture de documents et études scientifiques

Savoir-Etre

  • Leadership et capacité d’adaptation

  • Forte orientation clients et aisance relationnelle

  • Capacité à planifier, organiser et à gérer un projet

  • Comportement déontologique et éthique
