The US Advanced Surgery Commercial organization is a dynamic, fast-paced business unit where Baxter’s culture levers of Courage, Collaboration, Speed and Simplicity are regularly employed.
The Senior Analyst, Marketing Operations will be responsible for supporting the US Sales and Marketing teams with customer pricing, contract strategies and structures, contract RFPs, Field sales reporting, and various commercial support platform expertise. The Senior Analyst will work closely with US Advanced Surgery Field Sales/Management and Marketing teams as well as Baxter’s functional partners in Contract Operations, Finance, and Commercial Excellence.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Pricing exception (Deal Sheet) review, analysis and approval
- Assist in the development of contract and pricing strategies and supporting analytics
- RFP product cross references and response preparation
- Develop pricing and customer savings calculators, presentation materials, and other tools to support the Field Sales team
- Monthly and daily percent-to-quota reporting for Sales VP and Area Directors
- Business lead for system reporting, maintenance, enhancement, and training regarding Boost (CRM), IQ2020, Icertis, Contract Negotiation Prep Tool (CNPT), and Cognos
- Ad hoc analysis for leadership, Field Sales and Marketing teams as required
3+ years experience in Marketing, Finance, Contracts or Commercial team support
Strong results orientation and analytical skills.
Advanced Excel skills.
Excellent customer service and organization skills with excellent attention to detail.
Healthcare/pharma industry experience is a benefit.
