Position: Marketing Digital Operations ECEMEA
Summary:
Main purpose of the role is to support digital transformation through life cycle management of Baxter connectivity products and solutions. That includes management and coordination of existing connectivity and digital product upgrades, new product launch preparation, operational marketing execution. This role will strongly collaborate with ECEMEA Renal Care Marketing Team (Peritoneal dialysis and Hemodialysis marketing managers) and Integrated Service and Connectivity Center in Western Europe Region to establish synergy in operational planning. This role is critical to execute Renal Care strategy and provide innovative solutions to dialysis healthcare community and patients.
The position will report to ECEMEA Marketing Director. Potential Travel time ~15-20%.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify and manage required operational processes for new software/connectivity product deployment or upgrades, including cross-functional team tasks planning and coordination, product training facilitation, communication
- Provide strong project management and ownership of each workstream
- Establish collaboration with various stakeholders to execute projects, i.e. Global and Regional Marketing/ R&D / Global and Regional IT & Technical Service / Integrated Service and Connectivity Center
- Manage related and assigned projects / tasks
- Operational Marketing
Required education & experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of marketing/business experiences in the Medical Device industry required.
- Familiarity with renal dialysis in center / home environment / connectivity or digital health products is a clear advantage
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Project management experience and Excel advanced knowledge
- Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation and collaboration skills as well as critical thinking & project management skills
- Proven track record of operating successfully in a matrix, cross functional, and geographically disperse team environment is a major plus
