Especialista de Excelencia Operacional (OpEx Specialist)

Resumen general

Liderar proyectos de excelencia operacional e impulsar actividades de mejora continua en toda la planta. Líder de implementación de Lean Transformation in Site. Promover la estandarización y mejora de los procesos actuales con el fin de mejorar la calidad y la eficiencia general. Coordinar la definición e implementación sistemática de diversas iniciativas para el fortalecimiento de la cultura lean y la mejora continua para alcanzar niveles de excelencia operativa.

Tareas y Responsabilidades

1. Liderar la implementación de Lean Transformation en la planta. Incluye la conversión del transportador de fabricación real a diseños de celdas que impulsaron la implementación en 4 etapas del proceso de transformación Lean: Papel, Cartón y Go Live utilizando herramientas Lean.

2. Como líder de transformación, impulsará las actividades de cambio para implementar las mejores prácticas de manufactura, mentalidad / pensamiento y procesos. Crear una plataforma para impulsar la optimización y mejorar continuamente 4 áreas centrales de calidad, seguridad, entrega y costo.

3. Impulsar a los miembros del equipo para diseñar nuevos procesos de manufactura utilizando 3P (Personas, Procesos, Productos) y gestión de proyectos.

4. Apoyar y entrenar las actividades de mejora directamente con los miembros del equipo para los departamentos asignados y colaborar con el liderazgo para promover iniciativas de mejora continua.

5. Ayudar en la definición del alcance y las metas del proyecto.

6. Supervisar la finalización exitosa de la Transformación Lean. Responsable de la creación, organización, ejecución y finalización. Esto incluye la gestión de los empleados relevantes, el establecimiento de plazos, la comunicación con el liderazgo sobre el estado del proyecto, garantizar que los proyectos sigan el rumbo y el presupuesto y realizar ajustes si es necesario para cumplir con los nuevos requisitos.

7. Otras tareas afines y complementarias.

Educación y Experiencia

-Grado universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado.

- Más de 5 años de experiencia en procesos productivos e implementación de técnicas Lean.

- Conocimiento de Lean Manufacturing y Procesos de Mejora Continua.

- Green Belt certificado

-Bilingüe: (inglés y español).
