Role Summary
- We are seeking to hire a Solutions Business Development Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with C-suite and the Executive Board of our most important clients. In this role you will identify customer needs and develop the strategic long-term trusting relationships with key clients to accomplish organic growth and long term company objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with eminent clients, collaborating closely with various departments to ensure flawless working relationships with key accounts.
- Maintain positive relationships with relevant decision-makers and purchasers to successfully implement and compete for every available tender.
- Identify customer needs, satisfy key clients, grow revenue, pinpoint new business opportunities.
- Lead the negotiation of contracts with key accounts, ensuring all terms strictly meet the organization's standards.
- Suggest innovative solutions and serve as the primary contact point for key customers.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and respectfully, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Gather, report, and communicate customer feedback on service, technology, and product delivery.
- Research and source new potential clients to expand the company's client base.
- Measure, track, and analyze key account metrics to determine areas for improvement and success.
- Build detailed reports for upper management, providing insights and recommendations.
- Keep up to date with industry and market trends and standard methodologies to stay competitive.
- Work closely with the marketing team to initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate new markets and implement marketing plans accordingly.
- Provide timely updates to senior management regarding performance and market intelligence.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer databases at all times and ensure high levels of customer happiness.
Qualification & Experience
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a similar relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Key Account Manager or Business Development professional.
- Experience in sales and customer service is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to communicate and present effectively.
- Excellent team leadership and collaborative abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
