This role in the Baxter Homecare Services team will be responsible for managing Home Parenteral Nutrition (HPN) accounts across predominately Central London.
This pivotal role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, driving growth in patient numbers across all HPN therapies through key customers partnerships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients receiving HPN therapy.
What you'll do:
Overall HPN account management ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, collaborating regularly with Commercial, finance, Patient Services, Pharmacy and Clinical teams.
Work closely with the clinical and operations teams to ensure the effective delivery of HPN services, meeting all contractual obligations and expected standards.
Work closely with the BHS Referral and Installation team to assist the management of Patient take on and deactivation to maximise operational capacity.
Develop and implement a comprehensive MCB expansion strategy to expand the standardised HPN business within IF centres.
Report on service performance at quarterly contract review meetings, working alongside cross functional operational teams, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including IF centres, healthcare providers, and commissioning bodies.
Collaborate with BHS Inventory manager to ensure all HPN product requests are managed in line with inventory management processes.
Supporting the Operational Excellence Manager and Commercial Manager with Patient Services project development that lead to direct patient and customer experience improvements.
Drive the use of Baxter ingredients and products across all HPN therapy types (Compounded, Hybrid, Supplemented MCB) in HPN accounts.
Experience needed
Direct experience in a business development or sales role within the Parenteral Nutrition/HPN is crucial.
ABPI qualification
Direct experience of working in UK high-tech medical homecare services is crucial.
Strong knowledge of the HPN business landscape, including IF centre management, IF centre structures, commissioning processes, and key partners is critical.
Direct experience of working as part of clinical patient management team is desirable.
Skills you'll need
Exceptional verbal and written communications skills - including with senior clinical customers.
Demonstrable ability to handle clinical and patient sensitive information.
Strong attention to detail and processes.
Exceptional collaboration skills within teams and across teams.
Strong ability to run and handle data/reporting.
Knowledge
Strong and direct knowledge of English HPN Framework
Exceptional knowledge of HPN/PN products used by patients and clinicians.
Strong understanding of NHS structures (e.g. clinical teams, Trusts etc) and NHS frameworks would be advantageous.
