Your role at Baxter
Support end users of RapidResponse for service requests (parameter update, data changes, coaching…) and incidents (data issue, system bug, coaching…). Coordinate issue resolution with IT and RR developers. Support new developments and system upgrades through functional testing and entire regression testing. Monitor system performance, data refresh, number of scenarios, …
What you'll be doing
Support planners for E2E planning activities (planning of demand, distribution, production, inventory, capacity & material),
Coordinate and resolve issues with RapidResponse (data, defects, lack of training…),
Support end users for service requests (parameter changes, site mapping, off-cycle changes to demand…),
Maintain the Rapid Response planning system (parameters, calendars, system upgrades…),
Monitor system (daily data refresh automations, system performance, parameters…),
Liaise with other teams to resolve issues (IT, developers, process experts, regional SMEs…),
Support development, testing and deployment of new functionalities and processes,
Support development, testing and deployment of functionality enhancements through requirements, functional testing, training of users…
Support deployment of RapidResponse to new sites, new MRP-MRP connection…
Drive adoption and effective utilization of SC systems by coaching and supporting the user community,
Run planning activities as a central team (shadow planning for validation, improving user adherence, back-up during employee leave…),
Support projects focused on the global transformation of the supply chain of Baxter from a systems and processes point of view,
What you'll bring
University degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management or equivalent level by career with at least two to five years in planning.
Experience in ERP systems.
Demand planning including statistical forecasting
Master production planning & line load scheduling including capacity planning
Material requirement planning
Distribution planning
Fluent English: writing, reading and speaking.
APICS certification is a plus.
