Wir suchen in Festanstellung eine(n) (Senior) Engineer Product/R&D Quality (f/m/d) für unseren Standort in Saalfeld / Thüringen oder München / Bayern.

Ihre Aufgabe

  • Kernmitglied der Produktentwicklung in interdisziplinarischen Teams zur Entwicklung vernetzter medizinischer Geräte bzw. Software für den Operationssaal

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der F&E zur Gewährleistung eines erfolgreichen Entwicklungs- und Risiko-Managements

  • Sicherstellung höchster Qualität der Produktdokumentation (DHF) sowie der Entwicklung und Freigabe der Projekte entsprechend den Kundenerwartungen sowie unter Einhaltung der Konformität

  • Sicherstellung erfolgreicher Meilensteinprüfungen und Phasenübergänge in Projekten

  • Bewertung der Anwendbarkeit von normativen Anforderungen und Entwicklung von Strategien mit den F&E und Regulatory Teams zu deren Erfüllung

  • Untersuchung von Felddaten und Eliminierung von Problemen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Projektteams

  • Unterstützung bei der Verbesserung von Produktentwicklungsprozessen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium vorzugsweise mit M.Sc. der Ingenieurwissenschaften (Softwareentwicklung, Medizin-, Elektrotechnik usw.) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung oder Produktqualität, vorzugsweise im Bereich der Medizintechnik oder einer anderen regulierten Branche (z. B. Luft- und Raumfahrt, Automobilindustrie, etc.)

  • Erfahrung mit Qualitätssystemen im Gesundheitswesen (z. B. 2017/745/EU, 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, IEC 62304, ISO 14971 usw.) bevorzugt

  • Erfahrung mit auf Software basierenden Produkten (embedded/standalone) & Tools erwünscht

  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten in der proaktiven Kommunikation, im Projektmanagement sowie analytisches Denken, Entscheidungsfähigkeit und Problemlösungskompetenz
