The Role

KidCo/Vantive is a leading provider of healthcare products dedicated to enhacing customer experience and satisfaction. We are seeking a professional and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Support team. 

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction in the fulfilment and delivery of orders. You will be responsible for ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal directly with customers and/or home patients either by telephone, electronically or face to face

  • Process customer orders promptly and accurately

  • Answer order-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service

  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products

  • Assist in processing returns, credits, and resolving complaints

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support customer needs

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery

Key Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Sound knowledge of ERP and CRM systems

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

Key Essential Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Baxter products and the medical industry

  • Experience in Healthcare and/or medical industry

  • Supply chain experience
