RESUME DE LA FONCTION

Vous intervenez dans les salles propres et machines de production en vue de contrôler la qualité de l’environnement de production (air & surfaces) et de répondre aux exigences des clients.

Vous êtes tenu de communiquer tout risque de qualité, toute déviation et toute intervention technique à effectuer. En outre, vous initiez des améliorations de processus via les outils adéquats.

TACHES GENERALES

Contrôle qualité : réaliser les tests d’environnement de routine (particules, contrôle microbiologique de l’air, tests surfaces) pour l’ensemble des salles propres et en conformité avec les procédures.

Être acteur dans les tests d’environnement liés à des qualifications de nouvelles salles ou lors des revalidations périodiques (durant les fermetures d’usine).

Réaliser des analyses de risque en temps réel, en collaboration avec le personnel de production. Prendre les actions immédiates nécessaires et assurer le suivi des points ouverts.

Analyse des données : analyser les résultats des tests et communiquer les résultats à votre responsable en mettant l'accent sur l'identification des tendances, des valeurs anormales et des problèmes de qualité potentiels.

Documentation : tenir des relevés précis et organisés de tous les résultats de tests, garantissant le respect des normes réglementaires et des exigences en matière de documentation (GDP).

Assurance qualité : en tant que représentant sur le terrain du laboratoire de microbiologie, sensibiliser et éduquer le personnel de production au respect des bonnes pratiques de fabrication (GMP) des produits stériles dans les zones Sterile Drug et Plastics de Baxter Lessines afin de répondre aux normes de l'industrie et aux exigences réglementaires. Tout écart qualité doit être discuté de manière constructive avec le personnel et leur hiérarchie, dans un souci d’amélioration continue et pour souligner un éventuel impact qualité sur les produits fabriqués.

Assurer le bon respect du contrôle microbiologique selon le plan Environmental Monitoring dans les salles propres.

Communiquer toute anomalie relative à la sécurité et à l’hygiène.

Conformité : assurer que toutes les opérations, tests et documentations du laboratoire sont conformes aux normes réglementaires en vigueur.

Résolution de problèmes : collaborer avec des équipes transversales pour enquêter et résoudre les problèmes liés à la qualité et fournir des recommandations pour l'amélioration des processus.

Sécurité : adhérer aux protocoles de sécurité, maintenir un environnement de travail propre et organisé et suivre les consignes de sécurité pendant toutes les activités liées à la fonction.

PROFIL RECHERCHE

Bachelier en Biochimie, biotechnologie, microbiologie

Poste ouvert à un(e) jeune diplômé(e) ou qqn avec une expérience préalable de <5 ans dans un rôle de contrôle qualité ou de technicien de laboratoire au sein de l’industrie.

Connaissance des processus de contrôle et d'assurance qualité, y compris les exigences réglementaires et la conformité.

Excellente attention aux détails, capacités de résolution de problèmes et d’analyse critique.

Très bonne organisation.

Très bonne communication et capacité à travailler en équipe.

Engagement à maintenir des normes élevées de sécurité et de qualité.
