Your role at Baxter
The Sr. Analyst Revenue and AR is responsible for revenue accounting processes and requires understanding of sophisticated accounting matters, problem-solving skills and tight-knit collaboration with other finance and non-finance teams.

What you'll be doing
We prepare manual journals relating to the revenue accounting process such as sales cut-off with adequate supporting documentation
Complete assigned related account reconciliations in Blackline per established deadlines
Respond to queries from Business and Controllership in a timely manner
Provide audit support as needed
Support regional and global reporting requirements such as monthly Balance Sheet & P&L Flux analysis
Support monthly/quarterly/annual close processes
Build and maintain positive relationships with other finance and non-finance teams, as well as external providers, to maintain and update shared processes, tools, and reporting activities
Ensure adherence of processes to the company’s policies and procedures, internal and external audit requirements and local rules and regulations; support strengthening of financial processes and controls
Support automation opportunities around account reconciliation and manual journal entries
Maintain focus on continuous operational improvement opportunities
What you'll bring
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or part qualified ACCA/CIMA/CPA
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Confirmed experience in a multinational environment and/or audit
Excellent knowledge of US GAAP
English B2+ minimum
Excellent communication and analytical skills, respectful, flexible and “can do” mind-set
Strong reporting tools including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience in JDE, Blackline, Alteryx and W-Desk is an advantage
Additional hours at critical times (e.g., month-end) may be required. Also, and on an outstanding basis, the role may require work on public holidays
