Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to join the Global Strategy & Transformation team. As a key member of our project management office, you will be leading and coordinating projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective delivery within budget and scope.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, collaborators, and external partners to drive project success and build new quality within the Baxter organisation.

What will you be doing?

• Developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.

• Collaborating with regional and global teams to assign tasks, ensure effective communication, and monitor project progress.

• Managing project expenditures, tracking costs, and ensuring adherence to budget constraints. Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to maintain project progress.

• Establishing and implementing project timelines, ensuring turning points are met within specified deadlines.

Who are we looking for?

• Person with proven experience in project management with a focus on successful project delivery, and excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse partners. and

• Strong Analyst with problem-solving skills for effective decision-making and exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently.

• Strong Leader with the ability to drive and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, and the flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.

• Tech Savvy familiar with project management tools and software for efficient planning and monitoring, proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, skilled in resolving conflicts and addressing challenges within the project team.

• In terms of education: a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (Project Management certification as Green/Black Belt in Six Sigma will be a plus).
