As a Regional Sales Manager, you take pride in representing Baxter and our products. Your keen understanding of our deep portfolio of products and belief in the value and quality they provide to patients fuels your confidence. You enjoy being on location, building relationships internally and externally and establishing trust with the doctors and nurses who use Baxter solutions every day.

The insights and feedback you share with your team and to cross-functional partners help validate and inform priorities and changes.

What you'll be doing:

As the Regional Sales Manager you will recruit, hire, develop, and performance manage top talent to build a successful Regional Team.

  • Collaborating with the Vice President of Sales to develop commercial team objectives and growth initiatives, and also developing a strategic plan to drive CAM Patch adoption
  • Implementing a regional business plan and sales strategy to manage your team to success
  • Empowering your team to reach their full potential by crafting a culture that fosters teamwork, planning, and execution to exceed corporate and commercial Team goals and objectives
  • Understanding the business at the regional level and providing quarterly sales operating reviews to sales leadership
  • Developing relationships with Electrophysiologists, Cardiologists, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Neurologists and Emergency Medicine Physicians to drive increased adoption of products and services. Training staff, physicians and administration on the proper usage and billing codes for our products & services

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelors degree required with 5+ years of sales management experience within medical device/hospital space.  Cardiology, Electrophysiology or Cardiac Monitoring sales experience highly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, as well as presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen including knowledge of sales processes and market dynamic while leveraging your strong leadership to make business and forecast decisions
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data for effective sales strategies with good organization/time management skills
  • Individual must live within the current geography or be willing to relocate to it. Familiarity with posted territory is strongly desired
  • At least 50% travel is required and may involve visits to remote or urban areas either individually or with other personnel. Position will have an assigned geographic territory which may span several states.  Must have a valid driver’s license

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $147,000 to $202,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.This position may also be eligible for commission and long-term incentive.For questions about this, our pay philosophy, and available benefits, please speak to the recruiter if you decide to apply and are selected for an interview.
