Your Role at Baxter

This role functions as the subject matter expert for the products within the Connected Care group and works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to implement the products seamlessly in a defined timeline. Provides guidance, support, and consulting to the customer around hospital workflow and best practices with the use of Baxter products. Will provide both remote and onsite support at various sized customer sites and may assist in facilitation and scheduling of internal and external resources where no project manager is involved.

This is a remote role with 60-80% travel across the US.

What you'll be Doing

Train customers effectively and efficiently with the design, testing, and use of the suite of Baxter products. Assist in the coordination of project logistics with multidisciplinary teams including Pharmacy, Nursing, IT, and other key stakeholders. Participates in ongoing project communications with key stakeholders. Lead customer meetings both in person and remotely. Troubleshoot and triage issues/risks that may arise during projects. Be the voice of the customer and communicate opportunities to improve both the processes and the products. Collaborate with other Site Integration Leaders and members of Clinical Operations to support new product implementations and sustaining efforts. Responsible for managing multiple implementations in parallel while also supporting pre-sell and post-implementation activities as needed. Supports the development of data analytics and reporting, centered around projects and resources within clinical operations.

What you'll Bring

• Proven experience operating in healthcare environments.
• Understanding of clinical workflows across hospital departments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a matrix environment.
• Ability to interface at all levels of customer and Baxter organization.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work autonomously in a field/remote based environment.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills with ability to conduct presentations comfortably to large groups at clinical and executive level.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in the acute in-patient hospital setting desired.
• Three to five years of experience with medical devices or healthcare applications desired.
• Experience with data analytics desired.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $96,000-$132,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
