What you'll be doing!

As a Planner/Buyer at Baxter Healthcare Corporation, you will play an outstanding role in ensuring our world-class production and supply chain processes run flawlessly!

You will:

• Develop the Master Production Schedule weekly for assigned products and lines. Analyze the plan according to company inventory level guidelines and review the results with the Master Planner to identify potential situations that may impact product service levels.
• Collaborate monthly with Manufacturing and Engineering departments to review capacity requirements for production lines and identify any potential issues that could impact the Plant’s headcount.
• Perform the procurement process for raw materials or sub-assemblies, ensuring accurate flow through the supply chain, timely delivery, and cost reduction associated with the purchasing process.
• Support assigned projects, ensuring efficiency in your area of responsibility for the assigned tasks.
• Complete all assigned training on time, participate in audit processes for the area, and ensure full compliance with all local and corporate regulations.
• Ensure operations prioritize safety and align with GMP, GDP, FDA, and Company SOPs.
• Align strictly with all Safety and Regulatory procedures, maintaining adherence to GMP, GDP, and EHS rules.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a Business-related area, or equivalent experience.
• APICS CPIM certification preferred.
• Minimum five years of applicable work experience preferred.
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry background desired.
• Project management experience desirable.
• Comprehension of MRP II and its operating environment.
• Experience with computerized management systems ERP (PRMS / AS400, JDE, COUPA, Rapid response), Microsoft Office.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English).
