About Baxter GBS:

• Our Warsaw office, located at Leona Kruczkowskiego 8 in the vibrant Powiśle district, plays a crucial role in supporting our mission to innovate life-saving solutions.

• At Baxter GBS, we operate under the BaxFlex working model, promoting flexibility and a healthy work-life balance.

Out Teams:

Our diverse teams span various departments, including Finance, Global IT, Commercial Excellence, Procurement and many others. We serve the EMEA region, offering opportunities for multilingual professionals to utilize their language skills in Spanish, Italian, Dutch, German, Swedish, and French.

The first processes that we started building in Warsaw GBS were finance operations, and today, finance teams form the largest part of our centre, being divided between six different processes:

Our Finance Teams:

• S2P (Source to Pay) - In S2P, we drive the correctness and timeliness of vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements. This is where we focus on opportunities to simplify how we collaborate, standardize, and automate our processes. If you feel empowered by building relationships, this may be the place for you.

• P2C - (Prospect to Cash) - If you seek bigger, bolder, and braver challenges, consider joining our C2C team. We ensure a timely collection of receivables and correct cash application to optimize Baxter's global Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). This is where we explore additional digital solutions to drive efficiencies and improve the overall customer experience.

• A2R - (Account to Report) - Our team ensures the correctness and on-time submission of accounting and statutory reports for our global Baxter entities. This is where we are exploring ways to standardize and automate manual processes, simply statutory reporting activities, and reimagine how we work together. This may be perfect for a self-disciplined and results-driven person.

• FP&A - (Financial Planning and Analyses) - Our team links business and finance and acts as a co-pilot of decision-makers by providing financial and operational reporting and actionable data insights. Your work not only provides value to your colleagues and our business but to patients worldwide. Our team might be right for you if you have a hands-on mentality and are looking for continued growth.

• Compliance - Internal Controls and Grant Coordinating Teams - At Baxter, you'll find ethics and compliance in everything we do. Our compliance team prevents and detects violations of rules and ensures ethical practices in our daily operations and processes.
