Descripción general
Como miembro del equipo de ventas de Baxter, estará alineado con una de nuestras unidades de negocios globales y será responsable de nuevos negocios, desarrollando cuentas existentes y garantizando un enfoque centrado en el paciente en todas sus transacciones. Trabajará dentro de un área geográfica asignada o con cuentas específicas para lograr o superar objetivos personales y comerciales, todo en pos de nuestra misión de salvar y sostener vidas. En el puesto de ventas, tendrá la oportunidad de brindar información sobre nuevos mercados y productos, gestionar las inquietudes de los clientes y colaborar con otros equipos.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To be fully responsible for achieving the sales targets set in the annual plan.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
Provide market information to maintain a good understanding of the market.
Develop and maintain in-depth market knowledge, demographics and hospital care market information for assigned sales territory.
Conduct training for medical personnel and end users on the full range of products.
Identify additional business opportunities and develop portfolio development strategies.
Develop and implement sales strategies with a focus on the local and regional level to defend and expand the product portfolio.
Monitor product sales and work closely with marketing, customer service and customer operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Participate in regional and local conferences.
Provide feedback on product simplification and standardization to increase sales line profitability.
Work closely with other sales representatives to increase product penetration.
Develop working relationships with other company functions to ensure that the most effective solutions are applied in coordinating the sales process, provide a full range of pre- and post-sales support effectively and efficiently, and improve the efficiency of the entire sales department.
Create, conduct and promote marketing events to support sales goals.
Qualifications:
Communication - Strong written and oral communication skills; promotes the free flow of information within the organization; proactively shares information within and between organizations; actively listens.
Customer focus - Maintains effective relationships with customers and earns their trust and respect; is committed to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
Passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.
Current driver's license.
Location - preferred residence: Olsztyn, Łomża, Szczytno, Warszawa.
Willingness to travel frequently for business.
Good English communication skills in speaking, reading and writing (internal product training is often conducted in English).
Ability to work independently and determination to succeed.
Product knowledge - knowledge of medical devices used in hospital wards will be an added advantage.
