Como miembro del equipo de ventas de Baxter, estará alineado con una de nuestras unidades de negocios globales y será responsable de nuevos negocios, desarrollando cuentas existentes y garantizando un enfoque centrado en el paciente en todas sus transacciones. Trabajará dentro de un área geográfica asignada o con cuentas específicas para lograr o superar objetivos personales y comerciales, todo en pos de nuestra misión de salvar y sostener vidas. En el puesto de ventas, tendrá la oportunidad de brindar información sobre nuevos mercados y productos, gestionar las inquietudes de los clientes y colaborar con otros equipos.

Inside Sales Representative

Overall Role Structure: 50% Sales responsibilities, 50% Vaporizers Management responsibilities

Sales & Customer Management

  • Remotely sell Baxter products and retain enduser patients within the assigned territory via phone, video, and email.

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities; refer internal leads when appropriate.

  • Manage and resolve customer concerns efficiently.

  • Promote and educate customers on Baxter products and services.

  • Lead price and contract negotiations to successfully close deals.

  • Provide ongoing product servicing, forecasting, and supply chain coordination.

Tender & Contract Collaboration

  • Partner with tender and contract teams to manage largescale tender or contract cycles for assigned accounts.

Operational Excellence

  • Fully utilize sales tools to maximize efficiency.

  • Complete administrative tasks such as call reports, KPIs, and metrics.

  • Maintain close collaboration with Customer Service, Technical Service, Vaporizers Producers, Commercial Operations (Pricing), and Finance.

Vaporizers Management

  • Prepare and coordinate the full purchasing process for vaporizers.

  • Manage the existing vaporizer fleet, ensuring proper monitoring and continuity.

  • Oversee the digital application related to vaporizers, including communication, updates, and user support.

Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of English and fluent Polish is a must, 

  • Strong negotiation skills & ability to close deals with customers, 

  • Strong presentation / communication skills over the phone, 

  • Strong analytical skills, 

  • Results oriented with a pragmatic & quality driven approach, hands-on attitude. 

  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. 

  • Ability to work in an international and matrix environment with different tasks. 

  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently as needed. 

  • Ability to achieve targets 

  • Advanced business acumen skills 

  • Results oriented with a pragmatic & quality driven approach, hands-on attitude. 

  • Optionally field sales experience or customer service experience in the Medical Devices industry.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is 144 000,00 PLN annually. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for competitive benefits, discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.
