Summary
From helping to organise engagement initiatives and plan guest visits to pampering staff with new types of tea, the value of administrative assistants cannot be overstated. After all, they are the good spirit of the office to whom everyone first runs for help or seeks answers to thousands of questions. That is why it is so important for us to find the right person, and we are keeping our fingers firmly crossed that it will be you.
What would you have on your agenda daily?
Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Management of office and food supplies
Resolving office-related malfunctions and responding to requests or issues
Providing support to the team by answering questions and requests
Supporting the organization of engagement events & initiatives
Drafting internal communications
Supporting communication initiatives (e.g. preparation of materials in Canva)
Supporting guests (booking cabs, restaurants, arranging lunches)
What are the strengths we want you to have?
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and hands-on individual who is keen to demonstrate initiative and contribute, combining a passion for working with people, the ability to multitask, an eye for detail, and quick-thinking skills. Our dream candidate would be very creative, proactive in problem-solving, and, of course, a master of organizational and time management skills. English level min. strong B2
Great written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Experience in graphic programs like Canva would be a plus
The position requires working from the office 5 days per week.
