Como miembro del equipo de ventas de Baxter, estará alineado con una de nuestras unidades de negocios globales y será responsable de nuevos negocios, desarrollando cuentas existentes y garantizando un enfoque centrado en el paciente en todas sus transacciones. Trabajará dentro de un área geográfica asignada o con cuentas específicas para lograr o superar objetivos personales y comerciales, todo en pos de nuestra misión de salvar y sostener vidas. En el puesto de ventas, tendrá la oportunidad de brindar información sobre nuevos mercados y productos, gestionar las inquietudes de los clientes y colaborar con otros equipos.

Job Scope: Responsible for achieving sales volume and product mix targets through delivering high performance sales execution. This involves effective accounts or territory management such as new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within an established own geographical territory area, limited industry or product line.
Customers: Surgeons and Nurses
Job Descriptions:
Achieving of sales quotas through direct sale of all advanced surgery products and services (Hemostat/Sealant/Adhesion Prevention)
Prioritize selling activities via account/territory management which includes understanding of key decision makers, buying-influences and processes; prioritizing resource utilization through effective call-account planning
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of product, disease state and competitor to reflect the brand’s strength appropriately
Keep abreast of current trends and best practice of therapeutic area, competitor activity to understand and meet maintain competitive positioning
Coordinate and participate in major marketing initiatives e.g. exhibitions, symposiums, promotional campaigns etc.
Maintain clear and accurate records of targeted customer interactions via salesforce
Uncompromising commitment to adhering to Baxter’s Code of Conduct and promotes the Baxter Culture through positive, ongoing relationships and activities
Increasing awareness and educating physicians on the proper use of our products on label surgical procedures as well as features and benefits of our products
Calling on prospective customers, providing technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations
Monitor sales against forecasts and participates in the determination of market potential for the territory.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of nurse science or any related science field.
Minimum 1-2 years of medical device sales experience from distributor background.
Ability to manage territory/region with minimal supervision.
Experience in tender management is added advantage
Demonstrated a track record of consistent performance delivering high quality sales effort and target achievement
Ability to conduct CME and product training to HCPs
Ability to understand and adapt to changing business environment and has critical thinking and problem-solving approach.
Passionate, energetic, self-motivated and results oriented individual who can also motivate others and foster teamwork across all functions and levels.
Team player with a positive can-do work attitude.
Creative problem solver who not only can identify issues but also come up with solutions.
Operates in accordance with Baxter’s global business practice standards; understands and promotes compliance with Baxter policy and legal obligations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral as well as negotiation and presentation skills.
Language: Bilingual in English and Bahasa/Chinese is preferred so as to communicate with various health care professionals.
Possess a valid driving license and owning car is a plus.
Strong communication skill
Existing relationship with surgeons or have collaborated with Surgeons before related to medical devices related product (with Nursing background preferred)
