The Associate Director, Advanced Surgery Korea, is responsible for the leadership and guidance of all activities relating to people, sales and marketing for the Advanced Surgery (AS) Business Unit.The position is responsible for the achievement of commercial goals including sales, profit and market share targets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities. 

• Full P&L responsibilities of the AS Korea Business
• Talent Management of the Korea AS team
• Develop strategy and execution collaborating with sales organization.
• Build fundamental business roadmap that will be applicable for foreseeing dynamics.
• Lead marketing team with vision and people leadership
• Coordination of multi-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications. 

• Span of knowledge - Good at understanding market trend and related technology
• Good at situation analytical and decision making skills using both quantitative and qualitative data
• Clear set up marketing objectives, development of marketing strategy and promotional skills
• Leadership – good leadership and consulting skills

Education and/or Experience. 

• Bachelor degree                                          
• Master degree in Business Administration preferred.
• 10 year+ years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare industry
•  Experiences on surgery related business are preferable
• Proven leadership in people management
• Multifunctional project leading experiences are preferred
