Your role at Baxter!

Support commercial area and its Managements with activities, trips, purchases, reports, legalizations, follow-ups for smooth operations.

What you'll be doing

• Arrange travel itineraries, book air tickets, hotels, and ground transportation for sales and commercial teams.
• Assist with expense approvals in Concur for Regional Management.
• Guarantee adequate personal and/or telephone attention to all customers, both external and internal.
• Handle internal and external physical correspondence of commercial equipment.
• Carry out the process of crafting new suppliers according to the needs of the Sales area in the tool defined for this purpose.
• Carry out the creation and monitoring of assigned Purchase Orders of the sales team until the receipt of the invoice and the material in the Supplies warehouse.
• Prepare the contracts for GRANT's, carry out the integral process (Budget, approval, documentation, execution, and legalization), and other external providers that require it.
• Generate Purchase Orders for product, sales, and Grants teams and track approval progress per commercial needs.
• Coordinate logistics for Baxter internal meetings: Room booking, material readiness according to the needs and coordination of snacks, lunches, and dinners if required. Review and reclassify expenses (according to purchase orders) to the accurate cost centers if needed.
