Your role at Baxter

The Market Planner is responsible for inventory management at the Country level, supply exceptions, and leadership of communication between the Commercial Team, Customer Service, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Network and Demand Planners, and Fulfillment team to mitigate gaps between inventory and customer demand in the short/middle term. The Market Planner's scope includes risk and product allocation management.

What you'll be doing

• Manage import or manufactured finish goods, machines, or spare parts through effective relationships with international and intercompany suppliers and other external entities.

• Analyze planning projections using our planning tools. The Market Planner will visualize planning projections according to the code's catalogue, supplier, and business unit.

• Maintain planning parameters in our planning tool aligned closely to reality: lead times, safety stocks, and QA releases.

• Support Change Control activities for new or existing products.

• Ensure the achievement of critical metrics such as inventory level, cash flow, customer service level, backorder, discard, and Supply Chain expenses.

• Lead communication strategies for collaborators concerning supply risks.

• Handle new product launches and product phase-outs within the market.

• Identify and carry out improvement projects to optimize inventory levels.

What you'll bring

• Professional in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• Confirmed experience as an MRP or in finished goods management.

• Experience in Demand Planning, especially outside of LATAM, is desired.

• Knowledge of SAP or Rapid Response.

• Advanced Excel skills.
