Como miembro del equipo de ventas de Baxter, estará alineado con una de nuestras unidades de negocios globales y será responsable de nuevos negocios, desarrollando cuentas existentes y garantizando un enfoque centrado en el paciente en todas sus transacciones. Trabajará dentro de un área geográfica asignada o con cuentas específicas para lograr o superar objetivos personales y comerciales, todo en pos de nuestra misión de salvar y sostener vidas. En el puesto de ventas, tendrá la oportunidad de brindar información sobre nuevos mercados y productos, gestionar las inquietudes de los clientes y colaborar con otros equipos.

As a Jr Spec, Demand Generation, you take pride in representing Baxter and our products. Your keen understanding of our deep portfolio of products and belief in the value and quality they provide to patients fuels your confidence. Our customers trust you and appreciate your knowledge and curiosity when finding solutions to meet their needs. You enjoy being on location, building relationships, and establishing trust with the doctors and nurses who use Baxter solutions every day.
What you'll be doing
- Carry out dissemination of the entire portfolio with the aim of improving the portfolio mix, individual or collective goals in a given territory.
- Seek to implement business strategies in front of customers and collaborators, seeking at business expansion.
- Conduct visits to customers with the purpose of standardizing products, growing the portfolio and surgical specialties.
- Perform surgical monitoring when there is an opportunity to use Advanced Surgery products and/or with the possibility of using the products.
- Validate the technical descriptions of products in the bidding process of public agencies, when requested by the bidding area.
- Promote the training of surgical teams (doctors and instrumentation technicians), to ensure good practice in the use of products, also allowing the prescription, inclusion and use of Baxter products safely to patients
- Participate in technical/clinical training related to the position to gain and update knowledge about products, services and/or therapies, and also participate in conventions, conferences, product launches and other educational activities.
- Regularly monitor the sales x quota relationship and sales forecast and Monitor competition and market trends, signaling opportunities/risks and expediting pertinent actions.
- Train new customers and carry out retraining of them every 6 months. Meet the franchise's critical metrics, such as: number of visits, surgical follow-up, launch of visits within the week, sending of the sales forecast and review, number of events held and others that may be requested by leadership and marketing.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree experience in marketing, business relations, market trade, economy or any related field
- 1 years of commercial experience within healthcare
- Hospital sales B2B experience and interest in growing your experience in that field
