Como miembro del equipo de ventas de Baxter, estará alineado con una de nuestras unidades de negocios globales y será responsable de nuevos negocios, desarrollando cuentas existentes y garantizando un enfoque centrado en el paciente en todas sus transacciones. Trabajará dentro de un área geográfica asignada o con cuentas específicas para lograr o superar objetivos personales y comerciales, todo en pos de nuestra misión de salvar y sostener vidas. En el puesto de ventas, tendrá la oportunidad de brindar información sobre nuevos mercados y productos, gestionar las inquietudes de los clientes y colaborar con otros equipos.

About the job

As a Sales Representative – Clinical Nutrition, you will play a vital role in bringing innovative clinical nutrition solutions to patients who need them most.

We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused sales professional to join our team in the East & North Moravian Region. This opportunity has opened as we continue to expand our presence and strengthen partnerships across hospitals and specialized care centers. In this role, you will be at the heart of our commercial success—owning the performance of your territory and building trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and buying groups. You will not only manage key accounts, but also influence decision-making processes, shape local strategies, and unlock new growth opportunities across our nutrition portfolio.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own the business performance of your assigned territory, driving sales growth and delivering results across key hospital accounts.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with all important functions withing the National Healthcare System and decision makers, including clinicians, procurement teams, and hospital management.
  • Develop and implement tailored account plans to grow market share, improve customer satisfaction, and identify new opportunities to expand Baxter’s presence.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Business Unit Head, Key Account Lead, Marketing, and Product Management) to align strategies and improve impact.
  • Conduct business reviews with each assigned buying organization, covering sales volumes, compliance & competitive conditions
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and healthcare policy changes to proactively adapt your approach.
  • Perform regular business analysis, providing insights on performance, compliance, and future opportunities.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on tender processes, ensuring strong and competitive submissions

What you will bring:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in a clinical or scientific field (Nursing, Nutrition, Medicine) is preferred, along with experience in sales in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Familiar with the Hospital sales dynamic, including strong understanding of tendering processes and key account management.
  • Background in Nutrition will be positively considered. Experience selling Nutrition products or visiting Intensive Care, Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology will be advantageous.
  • Capacity to educate, train and influence customers.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication skills both in Czech and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

    We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is 880 000,00 CZK gross Annual. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for competitive benefits, discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.
