We currently have an opportunity for a Business Assistant to work part time (80%) to join our team in Athens. As a Business Assistant you will provide administrative support to our Sales & Marketing Heads alongside with further company’s administrative assistance.
What are your responsibilities?
- In collaboration with our marketing teams’ organization and coordination of marketing activities such as: congresses, presentations, trainings, seminars etc.
- Μarketing data collection and database creation in collaboration with Sales and Μarketing departments
- Complete actions in relevant company platforms regarding marketing and promotional activities.
- Preparation of various reports and emails handling.
- CRM (customer reporting management) coordination.
- Support and assistance in various events inside and outside the company
- Coordination of routine activities for internal Baxter members (Baxtravel, customer relations etc) / Travel reservations, usually for executives or managers
- Implementation of administrative content systems / Secretarial support to Administrator & Legal Representative Baxter Hellas EPE and total Heads of Sales and Marketing.
We are presently seeking people who have:
- Secretarial certificate, and/or relevant experience (+ 2 years) is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare industry.
- Excellent Internet/Intranet skills, MS Office.
- Proficiency in English and Greek, written and spoken.
- Accurate time management and effective prioritization.
- Detail oriented.
- Good communication skills in order to effectively communicate in a complex environment.
- Agile, adapting quickly in a constantly evolving environment.
