As a Sales Coordinator, you take pride in representing Baxter and our products. Your keen understanding of our deep portfolio of products and belief in the value and quality they provide to patients fuels your confidence.
In this role, you provide department support to our Infusion Therapies and Technologies and Commercial Excellence leaders. The incumbent must be able to multi-task, operate in a fast-paced, matrixed and challenging environment. You will be able to prioritize and coordinate efficiently with minimal supervision. In addition, you will be required to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

What you'll be doing
•    Liaise with other Department Coordinators to coordinate meeting schedules and work through mutual concerns (training records, PMOs, copier/phone requirements, etc…).
•    Prepare and coordinate meeting requirements and materials: rooms, audio/visual, lunches/snacks, agendas, minutes and presentations.
•    Prepare and/or coordinate management presentations and related documents.
•    Arrange travel arrangements for department personnel and compile and calculate monthly budget reports for leadership.
•    Update organizational charts and scorecards as required.
•    Register department personnel for external training and conferences.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitating effective communication and coordinate among the departments.
•    Create POs for new vendor setup /Receive PO’s in Coupa to reconcile invoices.
•    Provide support for team projects and initiatives as needed or assigned.
•    Project lead for digital management of Baxter codes into eCatalog and eServices.
•    Reimbursement management with MMC & HealthPro due to backorder and pricing discrepancies.
•    Support team for use of Microsoft Office applications and corporate wide applications.


What you'll bring
•    College diploma is required along with administrative diplomas and or certifications.
•    College studies should be in office and administration or finance and accounting.
•    At least 2 years experience in a related role.
•    Ability to work autonomously and handle priorities.
•    Excellent interpersonal and follow-up skills.
•    Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
•    Sophisticated proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook).
•    Basic Web Page Development and Maintenance is helpful.
•    Proficiency in French is an asset and is preferred.
