【職務内容】

受発注業務（JDE関連）

・国内の顧客（代理店）から注文を受け、それを基盤システム（JDE）に入力する

その他、返品オーダーや、値引き・値増しオーダーなど出荷に付随するオーダーをJDEへ入力する

・法律で義務付けられている生物由来製品の納品先データを代理店から収集し、JDEに登録する

・代理店から詳細な販売データを入手し、JDEに登録する

顧客対応

・顧客からのクレームやイレギュラーな案件に対応する

・納品スケジュールなどの案内文を作成し、顧客へ案内する

CS部門の手順書の管理・作成、KPI管理

・CS KPIを管理し、目標達成に向けた適切な行動をとる

・関連法規を理解し、業務手順を作成、改訂する

新規プロジェクトのリード

・システムアップグレードや、新規プロジェクトにおいてグローバルとコミュニケーションをとりながらプロジ

クトをリードする

・出荷コスト削減プロジェクトや営業関連プロジェクトなどのプロジェクトをリードする。 フルフィルメントマ

ネージャーの指示の下、計画の作成、実行、およびスムーズな業務遂行のためのメンバーサポートを担

当する

チーム管理

・チームメンバーから日々の業務の相談を受け、アドバイスを行う

・委託チームの管理

【求められる経験・スキル・知識】

• 5-10 年の国内顧客相手の受発注業務の経験
• チームリーダーやチームマネージメントの経験
• コミュニケーション能力
• プレゼンテーションとファシリテーションスキル
• 英語初級（自分の言いたいことが最低限伝えられる程度）
• 薬剤師資格があれば尚可
