Como miembro del equipo de ventas de Baxter, estará alineado con una de nuestras unidades de negocios globales y será responsable de nuevos negocios, desarrollando cuentas existentes y garantizando un enfoque centrado en el paciente en todas sus transacciones. Trabajará dentro de un área geográfica asignada o con cuentas específicas para lograr o superar objetivos personales y comerciales, todo en pos de nuestra misión de salvar y sostener vidas. Account Executive - Sales

Baxter Healthcare Corporation is seeking an exceptional Account Executive to join our world-class sales team in Taiwan. As an Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on healthcare outcomes by promoting and selling our advanced surgery products.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the sales manager and representatives to implement a multi-source product sales and marketing strategy
  • Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and committees within the buying organization through field visits
  • Proactively develop indications of sealant and antiadhesion products and assist in reducing the product application learning curve in the CVS/CRS/GS/Obstetrics & Gynecology surgical field
  • Support direct team hands-on product practice to surgeons in the operating room to build user application experiences
  • Work autonomously to achieve established goals while proactively communicating with management

Requirements:

  • Proven sales performance
  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • 3 years OR and/or hospital medical sales experience

Qualifications:

  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Defines success in terms of the whole organization, develops vertical and horizontal team effectiveness, and supports other team members
  • Knowledgeable about products, sales strategies, and the marketplace
  • Communication: Speaks and writes clearly, promotes information sharing, and actively listens
  • Customer Focus: Maintains effective relationships with customers and meets their expectations
