Baxter Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for the position of Government Affairs and Reimbursement Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the reimbursement team, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and building strong relationships with relevant government agencies.
As a key member of the Government Affairs and Reimbursement department, you will play a critical role in ensuring Baxter Healthcare's continued success in the government affairs and reimbursement landscape. Job description
Develop and maintain effective relationships with Healthcare authorities, decision makers and opinion leaders. Participate and plan various community programs and assist to implement all strategies effective according to company business.
Provide operational support to all legislative processes and ensure compliance to public policies and objectives.
Follow-up of health policy developments and latest governmental decisions that require work out with officials and audiences to protect and grow Baxter activities in Turkey.
Anticipates changes in the political landscape that impact customer business strategies, competitor activities and generates awareness within the company.
Contribute towards pricing, reimbursement, healthcare economics, evidence generation, tendering and partnering goals and activities by bringing insights on policy trends and market dynamics.
Follow-up of pricing & reimbursement applications/projects
Participate in various trade associations.
Implement pricing submissions and C & D type reimbursement applications
Coach and coordinate work of other functions with government stakeholders
Requirements
At least 3 years pharmaceutical proven experience (including consultancy organizations)
University degree of preferably in Engineering, Economics, BA or Finance
Have experience on Turkish market access environment (deep knowledge and experience about pricing and reimbursement regulations in Turkey such as pricing application, reimbursement dossier preparation, submitting dossiers and following up the process)
Fluency in English is mandatory
Strong skills in strategic planning, conflict management and communication
Excellent problem solving skills and team-work
Having analytical and business oriented approach
Creative, multiple task oriented, strong interpersonal and communication skills
High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office applications (particularly MS Excel)
Business acumen and diplomatic skills

Strong facilitation and negotiation and analytical skills
Strategic long term thinking mindset
