Your role at Baxter

As a Jr Analyst, Commercial Operations, you will be central to our mission, using your skills to ensure detailed execution of our commercial operations. This role uniquely supports the MPT and Hillrom Divisions, handling PSS/GSS memberships, eligibility inquiries, and GPO connections. You will collaborate across Sales Operations functions, ensuring high performance and compliance.

What you'll do

• Be responsible and held accountable for the PSS/GSS membership GPO rosters upload and maintenance.

• Handle contracts connections as per requests. Collaborate with trading partners on PSS/GSS Eligibility questions.

• Process and maintain multiple team mailboxes through Outlook.

• Follow up accurately and in a timely manner on requests sent by diverse groups/businesses.

• Maintain open communication (verbal and written) with team members and leadership.

• Support as backup for any other activity required in the team, based on previous training plans, by the Supervisor.

• Build and maintain SOP processes documentation, continuously updating based on research, experience, and process changes.

• Liaise with Audit to provide support on internal and external audits requests and work preventively on SOX controls.

• Provide outstanding customer service to all internal/external customers, assist and provide training to internal or external employees as needed, monitor metrics closely to ensure that performance goals are achieved.

What you'll bring

• Technical School Degree or University Studies.

• Confirmed demonstration of key finance proficiencies and qualifications.

• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) with a minimum requirement of B2 proficiency.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with ERP tools: SAP, JDE, etc.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
