Your role at Baxter

The Systems Administrator – Coupa Expert is responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting Coupa, a cloud-based procurement and spend management system.

This role will collaborate with the Procurement Systems and Operations team to address and support system configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, testing, and development of the Coupa system at Baxter!

What you'll be doing

• We install, maintain, and support Coupa, a cloud-based procurement and spend management system

• We provide level II support for the Procurement Operations team in handling blocking issues

• We perform sophisticated configuration includes building and maintaining user roles, workflows, process forms, and reports, maintaining master data, and other similar tasks.

• We perform system administration including user on and offboarding, user access updates, troubleshooting of system and integration errors, and other administrative tasks as needed.

• We collaborate with business partners to understand system requirements and implement system solutions

• We troubleshoot system issues to ensure smooth operations

• We develop and maintain documentation related to Coupa processes and procedures, including integration with other procurement systems and processes, as well as system metrics and reports.

• We proactively find opportunities for improvement and suggest projects to streamline business operations where applicable

• We participate in system upgrades and migrations

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience as a Coupa / Ariba SAP Administrator or similar role.

• Strong technical skills, with experience in Coupa configuration and administration.

• Experience with Coupa integration with other procurement systems and processes.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with partners at all levels of the organization.

• Ability to translate functional requirements to technical solutions

• Experience developing and delivering training material.

• Certified Coupa Administrator or equivalent certification is a plus.
