What you'll be doing

• Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize interference with routine operations.
• Provide technical mentorship for maintenance and reliability data evaluation.
• Supervise and determine workloads for Maintenance Technicians.
• Ensure staff is trained and following standard operating procedures.
• Prepare detailed Standard Operation Procedures and provide technical advice.
• Align with all compliance guidelines and ensure a safe work environment.
• Complete equipment change requests and validate equipment modifications.
• Drive continuous improvement processes using Lean/Sigma methodologies.
• Manage materials and supplies, incorporating spare parts as needed.
• Ensure equipment and facilities remain functional and well-maintained.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (BSSE BSME) and 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish with strong written and oral communication skills.
