JOB TITLE

Prof-Administrative Services GITC Operations

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Development, delivery and management of key communications at Global IT Center (GITC)
• Lead training program delivery and support the execution of the training plans at GITC
• Define and lead employee engagement groups at GITC: 
• Define and lead Internship program and summer camps: Talent Land project
• Support all employee engagement activities.
• Define and lead GITC branding activities: liason with the local chambers, universities and Talent Land

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent active listening skills
• Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
• Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field or equivalent experience required,
• Worked in a global & multi-cultural environment.
