Market Fulfillment Analyst

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Join our Supply Chain team at Baxter as a Market Fulfillment Analyst in Turkey. We offer a unique opportunity in this role to seamlessly blend your analytical skills with your passion for efficiency in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Proactively Monitor Inventory Levels

• You will coordinate inventory levels at final warehouses, ensuring efficient stock levels and identifying low-cover or back-ordered products.

• Create Detailed Reports: Generate insightful commentary and detailed reports for distribution and review, enabling data-driven decisions.

• Lead Backorder Requirements: Effectively run backorder requirements, update pipeline status, and determine anticipated delivery dates.

• Facilitate Ad-Hoc Shipments: Coordinate unforeseen demand requirements by managing ad-hoc shipments between warehouses.

• Resolve Backorder and Low-Cover Issues: Take ownership of critical codes to address backorder and low-cover issues, while finding opportunities to effectively manage excess inventory.

• Develop Strategic Plans: Design strategic plans to mitigate potential risks of inventory discard, ensuring optimal stock levels.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with QA, Goods In, Planners, and Replenishment teams to ensure a perfect end-to-end process.

• Prepare Comprehensive Reports: Compile, submit, and present detailed reports on key areas of responsibility, including cost analysis and project outcomes.

What You'll Bring:

• Outstanding Analytical Abilities: Proven ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations that drive success.

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of combined experience in Supply Chain, Transportation & Logistics, and Customer Service.

• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in MS Office

• ERP System Proficiency: Experience with JDE or MRP systems

• Strong Communication Abilities: Exceptional English language skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with team members, collaborators, customers, and partners.
