Your role at Baxter

The Marketing Team Coordinator plays a critical role on the Corporate Marketing team, providing dedicated support and budget management, while managing the promotional review process for marketing materials.

What you'll be doing

• Support VP, Corporate Marketing including managing calendar, scheduling meetings and booking travel.
• Oversee the Ad Prom (promotional review) process for Corporate Marketing materials. This includes entering materials into the online platform, tracking review status and following up with reviewers to ensure progress. Engages others on team to help with resolution of comments from reviewers. Training on the system will be provided.
• Manage department budget, working closely with Finance business partner to ensure tracking to forecast. Create purchase orders and track invoices for recurring department expenses. Work with suppliers to get needed documentation to process purchase orders and invoices.
• Manage tradeshow budget, including tracking all expenses per event and processing expense reports for show expenses. Assist with budget analysis to forecast expenses for future years.
• Assist with tradeshow planning, including sending registration requests to attendees, booking hotel room blocks with our travel vendor, reserving booth spots and completing internal process for tradeshow approvals.
• Build PowerPoint presentations on various topics, using content provided by team.
• Support departmental projects. Coordinate departmental meetings and events which could include in-person, virtual or mixed events. Summarize the primary focus of this role, thinking about what will engage and motivate the candidate to read on.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma required. Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Deep knowledge of Outlook calendar management/scheduling, Teams meetings, Word, and Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with CVENT, Coupa and Concur a plus.
• Highly proficient in invoice/PO processing.
• Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and manage internal and external business partners with competing priorities and needs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate future requests.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to growing in a dynamic, rapidly evolving setting.
• Ability to work independently and identify proactive solutions to sophisticated situations.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $56,000 - 77,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
